3. Payments: All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Project work will begin only after full or milestone-based payment.
4. Project Timeline: Delivery time varies by project scope. We aim to deliver on time, but delays due to client inaction, changes, or external factors are not our liability.
5. Intellectual Property: All custom code and design belong to the client after full payment. Any open-source elements used will remain governed by their respective licenses.
6. Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once development begins, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
7. Confidentiality: All information shared between Tripod Softech and the client will remain confidential unless permitted in writing for marketing purposes.
8. Support: Post-delivery support is available as per agreed SLA or maintenance package. Free bug fixes apply for up to 30 days after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for damages arising out of service interruptions, loss of data, or unauthorized access due to third-party providers.
10. Modifications: Tripod Softech reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of services means acceptance of new terms.
